“It sends a disappointing message to other students who may have been traumatized as a result of being assaulted on campus, because they have a very short period of time to have the emotional strength and ability to not only come forward and file a lawsuit like this, but also analyze the facts, contact a lawyer, and put everything together,” Todd Boock said.
